Newsletter November 2025: Christmas gift ideas – Yoga & Meditation Practices

Namaste to all you wonderful souls

Today more than ever we must constantly remember our destructibility to awaken the awareness that we are indestructible at the same time.

There have always been wars and violence in the world, though perhaps not as evident as we see them today…

Beyond being so obvious, I have the feeling that there is generally a certain trivialization of killing and violence against others and consequently against oneself: on a physical level, but also in more subtle forms… Forgive me, but I feel it is necessary to raise these reflections, so that we can at least shed light on this ignorance and only then heal and move forward in the Divine Wisdom, innate in every heart.

There are certain “forgotten” places and people on the planet… where these situations are almost normalized and “life goes on” for all the other privileged ones…

I think yoga is also about broadening your gaze to everyone and truly opening your heart with compassion towards every creature, at least giving voice to those who have been silenced.

It is essential to act for the Supreme Good with the tools we have and as we can, each in our own way and with our own talents, qualities, and missions…

In my humble opinion, along with this action of justice and compassion in the world, it is extremely important to meditate daily and ever more deeply: because only in this way can we truly live the sacred teachings of yoga in our cells and remember, through direct experience, what Yogananda teaches us:

“Even a particle of matter or a wave of energy is indestructible, as science has demonstrated; even the soul, the spiritual essence of man, is indestructible. Matter is subject to change, and the soul to changing experiences. Radical change is called death, but death, that is, the change of form, neither changes nor destroys the spiritual essence.¨ Yogananda

Here are my most sincere wishes… A good awakening to all of us…

And below, an invitation to what I have to offer you to improve your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic health, and for everyone to find their highest and truest purpose in life.

I always remember that Yoga is practiced primarily for spiritual awakening, for a purer, clearer consciousness, immersed in the True Self:

Private Practices

Come practice yoga and meditation privately online with me…

The practice of yoga originally arises through a direct transmission from master to disciple. Since each individual is unique, with a particular history and varied perceptions, each of us can receive yogic psychophysical techniques more focused on our own nature. Each individual is going through a very singular moment; therefore, even though group yoga practice is fully comprehensive, working on all aspects (physical/mental/emotional/spiritual) in a 360-degree manner, individual practice brings an additional, specific potency for what we need in that period.

If you are interested in scheduling an individual class online (or in presence in Tenerife south) and receiving this experience, please contact me privately on WhatsApp at +34 658213100, and we can arrange it!

I always await you with Joy and Love: online, in Tenerife, and sometimes in Italy or Brazil…
Namaste, Jay Guru Jay,

Here is a poem by Master Yogananda to inspire us all:

¨I have burned away my past, destroying every seed of evil destiny.

With boldness I have traversed the scattered ashes of my past and future fears.

I am the Eternal NOW, for I have torn the cocoon of ignorance
that enveloped me with the sharp blade of free will.

Now I am Your butterfly of eternity, soaring in the air and flying freely here and there in the vast skies of time.

I will spread the beauty of my wings throughout Nature, to delight all living beings.

My wings are sprinkled with suns and stardust. Behold my beauty!
May every silken thread that has entwined my past folly be severed forever.

Behold! Now those threads form a trail behind me and add to my beauty, as I fly toward my own Self, in You.¨

P. Yogananda, Whispers from Eternity, Ananda Edizioni
