During this introspective journey, we will study the philosophy and spiritual path of Kriya Yoga and practice together meditations, prayers and energy recharging exercises, as taught by the great spiritual Master Paramahansa Yogananda.

5-module COURSE - 20 hours of video and 90 pages of theoretical-practical handouts in PDF + the initiation ceremony that we will do live by appointment.

Language

For now, the course is all registered in Italian, but it can be available in English or Portuguese upon request.
