About Hatha Yoga
'Hatha Yoga' consists of a set of psycho-physical exercises called asanas (yogic postures), 'pranayama' (breath and energy control), relaxation, and final meditation.
The practice of Hatha Yoga tends to bring a sense of physical, emotional, mental, and energetic balance.
The syllable 'ha' means 'the Sun,' and 'tha' means 'the Moon'; therefore, this practice helps stabilize these two energies, guiding us towards a natural, spontaneous spiritual awakening.
This awareness comes through consistent practice.
'Hatha' also means 'willpower'; thus, discipline is necessary for us to experience the deepest aspects.
Some of the most evident benefits of this practice include improved overall health, increased calmness and concentration, muscle toning, and flexibility in all joints of the body.
You will also experience increased vitality, even as the years go by.

At the same time, we always remind practitioners that one of the main principles of yoga is not to "seek results."
Everything we do, we do it with the awareness of "karma-yoga": performing the right action, offering it to the Divine, without any expectation. We do it with joy and in service, without worrying about the results, which will come as a consequence through constant and devoted practice.
"Prema Hatha Flow" is a practice of modern classic hatha yoga, performed more dynamically and flowing from one posture to another, like a dance with breath.
"Vinyasa Flow" is another modern variant with dynamic movements between asanas (yogic postures), requiring even more stamina and strength.
Prepare to sweat. Both practices are purifying.

Om Namah Shivaya Gurave Satchidananda Murtaye Nishprapanchaya Shantaya Niralambaya Tejase
This is a Sanskrit invocation that honors Shiva as the inner master, the embodiment of Truth, Consciousness, and Bliss, and who brings peace and enlightenment.
Here is a more detailed translation and explanation:
Om Namah Shivaya Gurave:
"I bow to Shiva, the inner master." Om is the primordial sound, Namah means to bow or reverence, and Gurave refers to the master, in this case, Shiva as a spiritual guide.
Satchidananda Murtaye:
"Who takes the form of truth, consciousness, and bliss." Satchidananda is a compound term describing the Divine Nature: Sat (truth), Chit (consciousness), and Ananda (bliss). Murtaye means "he who takes form."
Nisprapanchaya Shantaya:
"He who is never absent and full of peace." Nisprapanchaya refers to the absence of duality or illusion, and Shantaya means peace, tranquility.
Niralambaya Tejase:
"Free from all support, it is the vital essence of enlightenment." Niralambaya means independent, needing no support, while Tejase refers to the light, the glow, the radiant energy of enlightenment.
