The “Heal to Be” course, covering the same topics and practices described on the Prema Kriya Yoga Courses page, will be conducted intensively and in-person for one week at Silveira Beach, Garopaba, Santa Catarina, at Casa Jamur Surf & Yoga. It will take place in late October and will be conducted in Portuguese.

Full Program
Saturday, April 27
- Check-in in the afternoon.
- 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Kundalini yoga and meditation practice (Themes 1 and 2 - muladhara and svadhisthana).
- 7:30 PM - Tea and light vegetarian/vegan dinner.
- 8:15 PM - 9:15 PM - Initial opening ceremony, chants, and mantras to purify and reconnect with the essence of the Self that heals everything.
Sunday, April 28
- 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM - Meditation practice.
- 8:00 AM - Vegetarian/vegan breakfast and a short break.
- 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM - Hatha flow practice (Themes 2 and 3 - svadhisthana and manipura).
- 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM - Satsang – Theory and philosophy of yoga in the light of tantric yoga (KRIYA and KUNDALINI): 1: Svadhyaia: self-reflection, self-study, self-knowledge, and recognition (Muladhara).
- 1:00 PM - Vegetarian/vegan lunch.
Free time: Silence, relaxation, reading, nature walks, and contemplation by the sea. - 3:45 PM - 5:00 PM - Satsang – Theory and philosophy of yoga in the light of tantric yoga (KRIYA and KUNDALINI): Theme 2: Isvara Pranidhana: surrender, flexibility, relaxation. Letting go to reveal oneself (Svadhisthana).

- 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM - Satsang – Theory and philosophy of yoga in the light of tantric yoga (KRIYA and KUNDALINI): Tapas: heat, discipline, self-control, transformation, and purification of karma (Manipura).
- 1:00 PM - Vegetarian/vegan lunch.

- 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM - Meditation practice.

- 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM - Kundalini yoga and meditation practice (Shakti awakening sequence and Shiva's eye).
- 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Diploma presentation, farewell, and checkout.
Contribution
The contribution fee is US$1,150 (or R$5,600) per person, which includes:
- All meals from the dinner on October 8th to breakfast on October 15th, shared accommodation in "Casa Jamur Surf & Yoga" in Silveira Beach, vegetarian/vegan meals - prepared with love, promoting a healthy and balanced diet without harm.
- All yoga practices, meditations, chants, studies, ceremonies, and experiences, as well as PDF handouts that will be sent via email and video recordings of the classes exclusively for participants.
- Internationally recognized diploma from Yoga Alliance for a 50-hour advanced course (CEAS - Continuing Education Accredited School). For those who are already registered with Yoga Alliance and are teaching, this diploma enhances your teaching credentials by adding more training hours in yoga practice and study. For non-teachers, you will receive a qualified diploma and an enriching deepening experience.
- Please note that there are limited spots, so it's essential for interested individuals to reserve their spots as soon as possible.
We are offering discounts for the first 4 registered participants:
- 10% discount for the first two registrants (R$5,040.00). 5% discount for the third and fourth registrants (R$5,320.00).
- *For those living in Garopaba, Rosa, and nearby areas who wish to participate in the entire course without accommodation, the contribution is R$4,700.00.
